Terms and Conditions

If your purchase is damaged or non-compliant, you can contact us by email at as@ederella.com specifying:
-Name and surname
-A telephone number
-The identification number of the order
-The article code of the garment you want to return or exchange
-The reasons for the return or exchange

If you wish to replace the product or be refunded this will only be possible if the product isdamaged during production to the point that it cannot be used.
In this case you will be given the address to which the goods should be sent: the shipping costs of the return or exchange are charged to the customer.
You can return or exchange one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the package. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them. Prepare the properly sealed package before collection.

Ultraspoint di Favilli Fabrizio reserves the right to refuse returns / exchanges communicated or sent back late, or returns / exchanges of items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

Within 48 hours of receiving the package we will refund at no additional cost.
